These days, my afternoons look a little different.

By 3:00, I’m shutting my laptop and heading out to pick up Lydia from school. It’s such a sweet part of my day, but I’d be lying if I said it doesn’t take a little juggling to make it all work.
And that’s the thing about being a woman who leads. We show up.
For the business that needs our vision.
For kids who need our presence.
For the team that depends on our leadership.
For the clients who trust us to deliver.
All of that while trying to hold space for ourselves somewhere in between.
And while the people around us may cheer us on, they don’t fully understand the pace we’re moving at or the pressure we’re under. Sometimes it feels like we’re speaking a language only other entrepreneurs really understand.
That’s why I keep coming back to this community. Year after year, I’m reminded of how powerful it is to sit in a room with women who get it.
Women who’ve lived through the same long nights, the same doubts, the same wins. Women who know what it’s like to show up every day for your people and who also know how much we need to be poured back into, too.
Because when you’re surrounded by women like that, something shifts.
You exhale a little deeper.
You feel lighter.
And you’re reminded that you don’t have to carry it all by yourself.
I believe we all need spaces like this. Spaces that invite us to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves and our vision.
That’s what’s been on my heart to create more of this year.
Next week, I’ll be sharing more about how we can connect in person this Fall.
But for now, I just want to say thank you for being part of a community that makes life and business feel lighter.
