One of the most rewarding parts of this business is the relationships I build with my clients. Allonda has been coming to us for her branding images for a couple of years now and I love seeing her success in all things. Last year, we captured some incredible images in her “SheShed.” This office has Allonda written all over it and fits her personality so well! Check out some of my favorite images from her shoot and learn more about her and her business in this month’s Client Highlight with The Hawkins Group.

Allonda is a KW Mega Real Estate Agent and now leads her own team of agents in the Winston-Salem/Triad area. When she designed her SheShed she knew she needed a space that allowed her to focus on her goals while inspiring her to dream big.

She started out as a real estate agent in 2019 and began to work the area. Her experience and expertise in real estate make her a sought-after resource for buyers and sellers alike. It wasn’t an easy road but she persevered through each obstacle, focused on learning all she could, and invested in her business and brand over the years. By January 2021 she hit her personal best month and closed over 1 million in sales volume. However, she wasn’t stopping there. She wanted 2021 to be her best year yet and set out to make it happen.

As 2021 took off like a rocket she held on for the ride. By July she hired her first full-time hire, was closing 1 million+ in sales each month, and was in the Top 10% of the entire MLS as a single agent. In her own words the key to her success is simple:

Things I will do: rest, recoup, reflect.
Things I won’t do: give up.

What Allonda is up to now

As 2021 came to a close she had impressive numbers that landed her in the top 5% of her firm, the top 10% of the entire triad MLS, and a Keller Williams Mega Agent with 53 homes sold and 12.3 million in closed volume. This year she has created a team to help serve clients in their community. Her first team member closed on her first listing with The Hawkins Group within a few weeks of joining the team. She now has five team members and in the first two months as a team, they have closed twenty-one homes!

Allonda is the first person to say “I haven’t done this before!” But this incredible business owner doesn’t back down from a challenge and has approached each one with vigor and grit. She has approached the building and running of a team with the same fortitude as building her business. She wanted to ‘build a team that she would have wanted to join’ as an agent. Approaching clients with kindness, knowledge, and hard work in every aspect of their working relationship. That’s what she strived for and her team has met and exceeded that precedent again and again.

This month’s Client Highlight with The Hawkins Group is one of my favorites. Seeing how far she’s come just in the three years I’ve known and worked with her is amazing.
