I’m building Her Next Flex™ to challenge that culture. 

I am building a private community for female founders who are ready to expand their businesses and circles through an alignment-led growth model. 

We’re constantly being told to hustle, perform, and do more. 

Alignment-led growth is quite the opposite. 

It embodies a new kind of growth that comes from understanding what we need and surrounding ourselves with the people and energy that push us closer to it. 

As I create this space, I am navigating my own reinvention with you. And through this process, I’ve gotten clear on the women I’m building it for.

Unapologetic ambition. I love being around women who don’t have to play small to feel comfortable. Your biggest dream should be normal conversation for us.

Loud celebrations. Let’s build a culture where we’re genuinely excited to watch each other grow and expand.

Zero gatekeeping. When I first started out, the gatekeeping was real. I’m looking for women who live by the idea that when you win, we all win.
