How much of what you’re doing in your business right now did you actually choose?
The posting schedule, the platforms, the offers, the way you show up day-to-day. How much of it is genuinely yours, and how much did you inherit from someone else’s idea of what success is supposed to look like?
I’ve been sitting with that question a lot lately, because here’s what I keep seeing.
Women who are doing everything “right.” Posting on every platform. Following the formula. Showing up exactly the way they were told to.
And they’re still burnt out.
Still unfulfilled.
Still waiting to fall back in love with the business they built.
Some of them are starting to wonder if they should walk away from the business altogether.
And listen, sometimes a season really is over. That’s real, and there’s no shame in honoring it.
A lot of the time, though, what’s actually draining you is trying to follow someone else’s plan.
We’ve all collected more strategies than we know what to do with. Another framework, another guru, another “10 things that worked for me” that low-key becomes 10 more things on your plate.
And what would actually help is so much more intuitive.
A minute to check in with yourself.
A space to feel supported and be validated.
That’s the thing nobody puts on the calendar.
Somewhere along the way, we got really good at chasing what we’re supposed to want, and really out of practice at asking what we actually want.
So I built something for that. The antithesis of performance culture.

It’s called for
Think of it as a permission slip. And I’m here to be the person who hands it to you. Permission to slow down. To do the check. To quiet all the outside voices for one second and finally hear your own.
If this sounds like something you need right now, I want to invite you to join me and the other women who are tired of feeling pressured to constantly perform a version of ourselves that no longer fits.
It’s time to reclaim our peace and step into our next era.
